Marlon Meikle is a Los Angeles-based educator, arts administrator, actor, MC/host, and drag artist. He has been featured in dozens of commercials, as well as in his guest-starring role as "Dame Booty Clench" on Call Me Kat (FOX) and in the Emmy-winning HBO Max historical docuseries Book of Queer. His theatre and live performance work spans New York's 59E59 Theater, Le Poisson Rouge, Signature Theatre, Incubator Arts Project, Diversionary Theater, River and Rail Theatre, Cry Havoc Theatre, The Public Theater, and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Marlon has presented performance work and workshops at the California Institute of the Arts, the Southeastern Theatre Conference, the Florida Theatre Conference, and at festivals and conferences across the country. He has taught in university-level programs at Southern Methodist University's Meadows School of the Arts (his alma mater), NYU Tisch School of the Arts, The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, and The New School College of Performing Arts, where he was instrumental in launching their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dramatic Arts program.
He currently serves as Associate Director of Admission at Parsons School of Design at The New School in NYC and is represented by Andy Rooney at Midwest Talent Management (Los Angeles). His debut single "Breakdown", released under his drag persona Indigo Dai, is streaming everywhere now.
